We put the customer`s happiness first and pour our hearts into hospitality and service.
We especially put our efforts into locally grown foods and specialties from Kanoya such as Kampachi(Greater Amberjack) and Namikuda Hige-ebi(Razor mud shrimp) in our sushi as well as liquor and rose shaped sushi. We promote Kanoya with food!
At age 20, he started working and training at Eiraku Sushi and is now 46.
1st place prize in the Kyushu block of the 7th Japan Sushi Contest (Held every 4 years)
