Located in Osumi Peninsula is Aira Town of Kanoya City, a town brimming with nature and history. This is where Kojika Brewing was created in 1971.

Kojika uses superior quality Satsuma-imo and water to produce their genuine “Satsuma Shochu.”

This strict standard of quality adheres to their motto: “Believe in, and leave it in the hands of

the blessings from heaven, the power of the earth, and the skill and heart of the people.”

During the factory tour, please don`t touch any of the equipment or machinery.
